Refund Policy
Effective date: August 3, 2026
1. Free trial
BuyerPilot provides a seven-day Free Trial with Standard ranking and a maximum of 50 ranking sessions. CSV export, Price Focused and Quality Focused ranking require Pro or Founder Lifetime. The trial is intended to let you test marketplace compatibility and the core ranking workflow before paying.
2. First paid purchase
You may request a refund for your first BuyerPilot subscription payment or Founder Lifetime purchase within seven calendar days of the payment date. Requests should include the purchase email, order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Subscription renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed. You can cancel future renewals through the Dodo Payments customer portal before the next billing date. Duplicate charges, billing errors and mandatory legal rights remain eligible for review.
4. Technical problems
If BuyerPilot cannot function on supported marketplace pages because of a reproducible technical issue, contact support with the browser version, marketplace URL, screenshots and relevant error information. We may first attempt to resolve the problem before processing a refund.
5. Situations not normally eligible
- Change of mind after the seven-day refund period.
- Failure to cancel before a subscription renewal.
- Marketplace CAPTCHA, verification or account restrictions outside BuyerPilot's control.
- Data fields that Alibaba or 1688 do not display or disclose.
- Disagreement with a supplier, order outcome or marketplace decision.
- Licence suspension caused by abuse or violation of the Terms.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments and returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Dodo Payments, the payment network and your bank.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
