Terms of Service

Effective date: August 4, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing the BuyerPilot website, installing the extension, starting a trial or purchasing a licence, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Refund Policies.

2. Service description

BuyerPilot is an independent browser extension that helps users collect, compare, rank and export supplier information from supported Alibaba and 1688 pages. Features and available marketplace fields may change as marketplaces change their pages and data.

3. Informational tool; no supplier guarantee

Scores, ranks and confidence indicators are decision-support information only. They are not warranties, certifications, endorsements or guarantees of supplier identity, product quality, legal compliance, delivery, payment safety or commercial performance. You remain responsible for supplier communication, verification, samples, contracts, inspections and purchase decisions.

4. Marketplace relationship

BuyerPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Alibaba.com or 1688.com. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies and applicable laws governing the marketplaces and websites you access.

5. Trials and subscriptions

The Free Trial provides seven days of Standard ranking with a maximum of 50 ranking sessions. CSV export, Price Focused and Quality Focused ranking are not included in the Free Trial. Starting a trial requires an email address, mobile number and communication consent. The phone number is not OTP-verified unless the trial form explicitly states otherwise. Starter provides the usage and features displayed on the current pricing page. Pro provides the features displayed on the pricing page, including complete CSV export, Price Focused ranking and Quality Focused ranking. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the payment provider.

6. Founder Lifetime licence

A Founder Lifetime purchase provides access to the current BuyerPilot extension and the lifetime-plan features described at purchase. “Lifetime” refers to the supported commercial life of the current BuyerPilot product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. It does not automatically include separate future products, team licences, external APIs or third-party paid services unless expressly stated.

7. Licence restrictions

Your licence is personal to the purchasing account unless a separate team licence is offered. You may not resell, sublicense, share licence credentials publicly, reverse engineer protected components, interfere with licensing systems, use BuyerPilot for unlawful activity or use automation in a way that harms marketplaces, users or BuyerPilot infrastructure.

8. CAPTCHA and verification

BuyerPilot does not promise to bypass CAPTCHA, access verification or marketplace security checks. When verification is required, you must complete it manually. Marketplace restrictions may temporarily interrupt scanning.

9. Availability and changes

Marketplace page structures and internal fields change without notice. We may update, add, remove or modify features to maintain compatibility, security and product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every page, country, account or browser version.

10. Payments and refunds

Paid checkouts, subscription billing and payment-method processing are handled by Dodo Payments. Prices, discounts, taxes and billing periods are shown at checkout. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

11. Intellectual property

BuyerPilot software, branding, design, scoring implementation and website content are owned by BuyerPilot or its licensors. Marketplace names, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, licence abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using BuyerPilot at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the extension.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, supplier accuracy or marketplace availability.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including lost profits, failed orders, supplier disputes or marketplace restrictions. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for BuyerPilot during the twelve months before the claim.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the BuyerPilot business providing the service, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you under local consumer law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the contact address below.
