Open a supported Alibaba or 1688 results page. Select only the product listings that match your requirement. Enter the quantity you plan to order. Run BuyerPilot and allow it to open the required seller pages. When the scan is complete, review the deduplicated supplier shortlist, final scores and source links.

Use BuyerPilot on a supported Alibaba results page without mixing Alibaba extraction or scoring with 1688 logic.
- Open a results page.Use an Alibaba keyword or image-search page that displays product cards.
- Select relevant products.Keep only listings that match your material, design, specification and intended order.
- Enter your quantity.BuyerPilot uses the applicable price tier for your intended quantity.
- Run Ranking.Seller pages are scanned for Alibaba-specific signals such as ratings, reorder rate, tenure, Trade Assurance, business type and revenue indicators.

On Alibaba, keep only relevant products selected. Enter the intended quantity so BuyerPilot can compare the applicable price tier. Run Ranking. BuyerPilot scans the selected seller pages for available Alibaba signals, processes them securely and returns one ranked entry for each unique supplier.
Rank 1688 suppliers
The 1688 workflow keeps its own seller-name translation, factory classification, merchant status, tenure and repeat-purchase logic.
- Open a supported 1688 results page.BuyerPilot appears alongside the product grid.
- Remove irrelevant offers.Deselect listings that should not influence the supplier comparison.
- Start the scan.BuyerPilot opens the required seller or product pages and pauses when verification must be completed manually.
- Review unique suppliers.Repeated products from the same seller are consolidated before ranking.

On 1688, remove offers that do not match your product requirement. Enter the quantity and run the scan. BuyerPilot processes Chinese supplier and product information, consolidates repeated offers from the same seller and displays an English-readable ranked shortlist.
Choose the ranking priority
The internal scoring profile remains marketplace-specific. The priority changes how strongly available factors influence the final comparison.

Standard ranking balances price, supplier credibility and quality signals. Price Focused gives more importance to competitive pricing at the selected quantity. Quality Focused gives more importance to ratings, repeat-purchase and credibility signals. Advanced profiles require Pro or Founder Lifetime.
Export and verify ranking data
CSV export is visibly locked on Free Trial and Starter and is enforced by the BuyerPilot backend. Pro and Founder Lifetime unlock it.
- Complete a ranking.The export action appears after ranked suppliers are available.
- Select Export data (CSV).The extension checks the active plan before creating the file.
- Audit the calculation inputs.Review rank, score, score confidence, price, ratings, tenure, business type, verification and source URLs.
- Keep a permanent sourcing record.Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets to filter, compare and share supplier research.

Complete a supplier ranking with an eligible Pro or Founder Lifetime licence. Select CSV export. BuyerPilot verifies the plan and creates a file containing rank, score, pricing, supplier information, marketplace signals and source links for use in Excel or Google Sheets.
Start a trial or activate a paid licence
The extension popup provides trial signup, paid-key activation, plan status, usage, ranking settings and subscription management.
- Open the extension popup.Pin BuyerPilot to the browser toolbar for easier access.
- Start the Free Trial.Enter your email and mobile number. The trial includes Standard ranking for seven days and up to 50 sessions.
- Activate a paid licence.Paste the Dodo licence key delivered after checkout.
- Manage access.Refresh, copy or deactivate the licence and open the billing portal from the same popup.

Open the BuyerPilot extension popup. Start the secure trial from the official trial page or paste a paid licence key. After activation, BuyerPilot stores device-bound tokens instead of the complete licence key. Use the popup to refresh access, open billing or deactivate the browser.
